Our story begins with Late Shri. Maruti Nalawade, a humble yet visionary man who, in 1970, laid the foundation of this company in the drought-prone region of Sangli. At a time when infrastructure development was scarce, he dared to dream of contributing to India’s growth while creating meaningful opportunities for the skilled and determined workforce rooted in rural India.
For Shri. Maruti Nalawade, business was never only about profit – it was about responsibility, integrity, and compassion. He firmly believed that once a responsibility is undertaken, it must be fulfilled with complete dedication, no matter the obstacles. “A project once started must be completed with honor, for leaving it unfinished means leaving trust broken” – this guiding belief shaped the company’s DNA.
His principles emphasized honoring commitments as sacred, treating every individual with dignity, and ensuring fairness in every dealing. He taught that true success lies not in personal gain, but in collective progress, and that trust, honesty, and humility are the strongest foundations for growth.

Our Journey
